We were in Cocoa Beach for a baseball tournament with our grandson. This house accomodated us easily. Plenty of room in dining room, bedrooms, living room and of course the pool and tiki bar was our favorite! Very nice pool! My h husband and I, 2 grandsons and son/DIL. The setup was perfect, everybody had their own room. Communication was great before and during our stay with the host. If we come back, definitely will stay there again. Oh and about 3 blocks from ocean.

Our family stayed here for a week and loved it! The location of the property is perfect for the beach and a trip to Disney and Discovery Cove as they are both only an hour drive away! The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table! Highly recommend for a nice family vacation!

We had a great time spent with family. The house has all of the amenities of home and the outdoor living space was great. We steamed crabs on the grill and it was a great set up for eating outdoors!

The property was fantastic. A nice big house, roomy enough for everyone. It was well stocked with just about everything you need for a great vacation. The pool area was great, with a nice big pool. And the property managers were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.
