The balcony offers views of scenic Cotton Bayou as well as the Gulf of Mexico. Additional unique amenities include in-unit laundry and access to a bike path leading to the stunning Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail System and kayak launch.

Public boat launch in the back yard, Gulf of Mexico across the street, outdoor pool and beautiful paved biking trails. Conveniently located in the center of Orange Beach near restaurants and shopping!
