This cute coastal bungalow is the perfect spot for your next Oak Island getaway! Completely renovated in 2022, Beach Please is a modern, coastal themed retreat that is approximately a half mile away from the northern side of the environmental overlook marsh walk, which crosses over Davis Canal and leads guests to the public beach access at 29th Place East. Stay at Beach Please and you're also about a mile away from Veterans Park, where you can cast a line off the fishing tee, watch boats cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway, have a picnic or catch a glimpse of migrating pollinators in the butterfly garden. The island's other shops, restaurants and amenities are all within an easy drive.

The Living Space

The open floor plan welcomes you to the living room that features a couch, recliner and accent chair centered around a large flat-screen smart TV.

The dining area sports a table with seating for six and feeds into the kitchen that features granite countertops, white cabinets and a stainless steel range over the stove. A nook around the corner houses a microwave and more cabinet space to store your favorite snacks.

Where You'll Sleep

The master bedroom greets you with a queen bed and a private bathroom that is finished with a large walk-in shower. With a dresser and closet, there is plenty of room to store your belongings!

The second bedroom also features a queen bed and plenty of closet space.

Past the shared hallway bathroom, the third bedroom houses a twin-over-double bunk bed and additional closet space.

The final bedroom is tucked at the back of the home and is has a twin bed and adjoining half bathroom.

Outdoor Living Areas

The fenced-in backyard is a great space to relax in the lounge chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table. If you're looking to fire up some steaks or local seafood, the park grill awaits with a pair of Adirondack chairs to kick back in while your favorite entrée is cooking!

Early Check in/late check out

Rental company contacted me asking if i wanted a early check in for 75 dollars. I opted not to purchase the esrly check in. Then the night before my arrival at 8 something pm they called again asking if i would like to check in early i told them no wasnt paying 75 dollars 4 pm check in was fine. Then they sent a email on the day of my check in stating i vould check in early at 130. The 75 dollar early check in is nothing more yhan a money scam. Do better business

Hi Chris! It is our long-standing policy to offer guarenteed early check in when available for an additional cost, which means we specifically schedule housekeepers to have your unit ready for check in at 1:00 pm. We do have an automated messanger that pushes out this option to guests before their arrival. The only reason you received a call to ask specifically about early check in is because asked about it in your intial booking message and we were following up. We show this call occured at 8:00 am a week before your check in and cannot find anything in our system to showing a call at 8:00 pm the night before your arrival. That is actually outside our normal business hours. We're glad you were still able to get in early- if a home is marked ready by our staff prior to 4:00 pm, we will text to let the guest know they can and access the unit as a courtesy. Since each team cleans more than one home, some are done sooner than others, but it is luck of the draw without buying this service.
