Welcome to "Beary Happy", a wonderful place to make lasting memories with friends or family. This cabin is located within the Coosawattee River Resort, a gated community of 5500+ acres. The spacious open floor plan makes this a great cabin for friends and families looking for the perfect mountain retreat! The living area, dining area, and kitchen provide a wonderful open concept to allow all members of your party to enjoy the 55-inch Smart TV while also watching the chefs in your party perform in the kitchen. The large spacious fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to create wonderful meals and the dining area will seat five with additional seating on the kitchen island. The lovely screened in porch with ceiling fans just off the dining area will be a favorite place to escape to and enjoy. There is a gas grill for your enjoyment also, propane gas provided of course! This porch overlooks the backyard and fire pit and is a lovely spot to enjoy nature and its surroundings. While no pets are allowed inside the cabin, we invite you to enjoy the local wildlife!

All bedrooms are very spacious with 40-inch Smart TVs and offer queen beds for a great night's sleep. The Main Level provides the Master Bedroom including the Master Bath which includes a walk-in shower and garden tub. Queen Bedroom 2 & 3 and a Full Bathroom are also located on the Main Level.

Downstairs you will find Queen Bedroom 4, Full Bathroom, and the Extensive Game Room. The Game Room offers a 50-inch Smart TV, Air Hockey, Pool Table, and a Ms. Pac Man Arcade Console. Take a few steps outside and you will find the hot tub!

The back yard provides a wonderful fire pit area with seating. Enjoy star gazing in front of a lovely campfire, telling ghost stories with the kids or relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Resort Fee (required): Experience the best of Coosawattee River Resort with our required $65.00 Resort fee for your entire party. This fee grants access to the 5 picturesque parks along the river, Pavilion Picnic Areas featuring charcoal BBQ grills, a Fishing Pond with no license required, and a fenced-in Dog Park.

Your cabin comes with 2 Amenity Cards, located in the front pocket of the Welcome Book, providing entry for up to 8 guests to enjoy a wide range of amenities. Indulge in the year-round Olympic indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor pools (available from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a well-equipped gym, an exciting arcade, and various sports facilities like tennis, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf. If your party exceeds 8 people, you can easily purchase an additional Amenities Card for $59 at the Coosawattee Welcome Center, conveniently located at 634 Beaver Lake Drive Ellijay, GA 30540. These amenities are just a short drive from your cabin.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our amenities, we are not liable for closures or non-use resulting from weather conditions, maintenance, or other factors. Kindly understand that refunds will not be issued.

Amenity Card Policy: Please ensure that the amenity cards provided are left in the cabin when you checkout. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of $65.00. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Toilet paper (1 roll for each bathroom – bring extra)
• Dish detergent
• Dishwasher detergent for 2 cycles
• 4 garbage bags (bring extra)
• Liquid hand soap (1 in each bathroom)
• Small botanical soap & Shampoo (1 in each bathroom)

GUESTS MAKING A RESERVATION MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. BY SUBMITTING THEIR RESERVATION, THEY ARE CONFIRMING THAT THEY ARE 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. NO LARGE GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD. MAXIMUM OF 6 GUEST WHO ARE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD IN ANY CABIN UNLESS PRE-APPROVED AT TIME OF BOOKING.
