The newly acquired from us, detached cottage is z. T. newly furnished.

In the spacious living-dining room welcomes you a beautiful limed oak parquet, on which a new cozy corner sofa set in front of a warm, closed fireplace stands. Two televisions receive via satellite connection international thus also German TV and radio programs. Likewise, an Apple TV box is available on both TVs. In the whole house is WLAN (65 Mbit line !!) to disposal. The Wi-Fi is free.

The kitchen is very good and fully equipped, you will find brand appliances such. As a Miele dishwasher, Siemens ceramic hob, an oven and a microwave and 2 coffee machines (Senseo and filter coffee) before.

Next to the kitchen counter is a white Bo-Concept table, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with ample closets, blackout curtains and some new beds.

In the entrance area is a spacious shower room with washing machine and toilet. The second bathroom (with bath and toilet) is located between the 2 bedrooms to the east side on the ground floor. The bedroom 1 is equipped with a 2 x 0.80 m double bed, the bedroom 2 has single beds with 2 x 0.80 m mattresses.

A narrow staircase leads to a chilled-out gallery with 3 Velux skylights, which can be darkened and opened with a wireless remote control. Here is a second TV with CD / DVD player available and you get into the 3rd Bedroom (1 x 0.80 m x 1.87 m single bed), which is great for children.

The house (90sqm) is located on a very spacious, about 620sqm large, southwest facing property, which runs on a small lake, allows a lot of privacy and is beautifully grown with trees and shrubs. On the spacious terrace you have a garden table with chairs for 6 people available as well as several garden chairs and a parasol. The garden is not visible from the street !! In front of the house are 2 parking spaces, which are framed by a rosary. Other parking spaces are located diagonally opposite across the street.

- If you arrive after 19h you can pick up the key from a key safe.
On arrival and departure, a contact person is available on site. In case of problems or questions during the rental period, this contact person can be contacted.
