Not as good as it could be. Enough.

Dirty floor at arrival with dust and sand. Dificult to control natural ventilation with the windows. Clogged pipes at arrival. Only one set of keys for four adults.

Appartement correct et surtout bien situé, mais l'absence de clim est un pb! La douche est un peu exigüe et il manque des barres porte-serviettes. Les lits de l'une des chambres ne sont en fait que des sommiers à lattes posés sur de cales en bois de 25cm environ, donc très bas...si on veut accueillir un couple de séniors!! Accès au box garage difficile avec un SUV! Excellent accueil de l'agence Néanmoins appartement bien dans l'ensemble pour 2 personnes

Cavalière rue de la Baie

L'appartement situé dans une résidence très récente d'un quartier calme et proche du centre-ville et des plages est très agréable avec de beaux volumes spacieux donnant sur deux côtés de la résidence avec un balcon où l'on peut prendre ses repas confortablement. Le stationnement n'est pas un problème avec la mise à disposition d'un grand box fermé. Les communs sont très bien entretenus. Nous recommandons vivement !

Bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre, au calme. L'accès à l'appartement est aisé, le garage souterrain très appréciable. L'agencement est correct et assez complet. Nous y retournerons.

Grand appartement neuf bien situé

Dans un immeuble neuf et au 2 ième étage, 2 chambres avec bonne literie, cuisine et salon bien équipés. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement proche des restaurants et plages et le garage en sous-sol. Grand balcon calme côté jardin.
