Surrounded by luscious greenery with Spanish moss and close to white, sandy beaches, this beautiful home is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to get away to the beach. Enjoy spending your days on the waves, playing all day parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, boating, deep-sea fishing, and every other water-related activity you can think of. Drive into town to find local eateries, arts, entertainment, shopping, and an array of family-friendly attractions.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Comfortable furniture throughout promotes togetherness and great conversation. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. The covered back porch is a great place to gather and watch the South Carolina sunset, paired with your favorite drink. Kids will love bunking down together and making memories in the bunk beds, along with an arcade game to keep them entertained. Plenty of comfortable beds means that there's room for everyone!

Great Beach House for Families

This was a comfortable home with everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping space and the kids loved bunking together and the "secret " connecting rooms. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again- it was perfect.

Great Beach get-away

I love Edisto and I loved this house. Large property with lots of room to spread out or room to be together! Close enough to the beach that we could throw a beach chair on our backs and walk to Beach Access 4 in less than three minutes. We tend to go to the beach in the early morning and evening (Redheads) and the location was perfect.

The house itself was nice & provided plenty of room for our large group. The only issue we had was parking and the yard. Unfortunately, it rained a good bit while we were there which led to a large mudpuddle forming in the driveway and at the front entrance. The plants in the yard are a bit overgrown and hang over the driveway making it difficult to get in & out your vehicle. Also, it was very difficult to pull out of the driveway onto Jungle Rd. (which is very busy at times) because line of sight was blocked by the neighbors plants/bushes. Having clearer instructions regarding additional parking in the rear would have been helpful.

Great once you adjust your expectations

I worked out fine just not what we expected from the photos and write up. Just be prepared for an older home with a less than stellar remodel. It has its quirks. The water view turned out to be postage stamp size if the wind was not blowing the trees across the street. More attention to cleaning fans, corners and screen porch needs to be taken. We did have a wonderful time so if you are not OCD go for it.

This house is an ok stay. We were thankful to be able to get it after one of the local real estate companies canceled our reservation 4 months ago (reserved 1 yr in advance)… This house was well equipped and we loved the location and all of the trees in the yard. The parking and driveway set up were fantastic for many cars and 2 large golf carts. The kitchen has double ovens, great for a large group. The house was warm when we arrived. The air conditioner never cooled the downstairs well. The upstairs stayed a cool 70 degrees and was lovely. Downstairs was always 10 degrees warmer starting early in the morning and much much warmer after cooking dinner. The beds were less than comfortable, each very noisy when rolling over. We survived, but a mattress upgrade would be in your best interest. The furniture had stains on it and the floors were filthy. Our kids had black grocery store feet the first night after baths. Overall, it wasn’t a awful place but definitely could have been better with an upgraded air conditioner, inexpensive amazon mattresses, and a good cleaning.
