This quintessential oceanfront vacation home has just been built with unobstructed views of the Ocean and Beach located in the Exclusive Gated Jeremy Cay Subdivision on Edisto Island .......Stunning!

After a hectic year of work, seek seclusion in this remote and exclusive home. Surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, find solace and tranquility in the peaceful seclusion. Recharge, reflect, and reconnect. "Named "Lowcountry Living" by her proud owners, this stunning home has everything and gives you immeasurable tranquility.

5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, Elevator, 2 large covered ocean facing decks, 1 sundeck off of 3rd floor facing the ocean, 3 island facing balconies, expansive open floor plan for family room, kitchen and dining with oceanfront views,
2 Master Suites: The 1st of which is on the main living area floor with ensuite bath and private entry to oceanfront deck. The entire first floor has tile flooring. The 2nd master is on the next level also with ensuite bath and private entry to another oceanfront deck.
3 more bedrooms on 2nd floor, one facing the ocean with oceanfront views and has it's own private entrance to a large covered ocean facing porch .This one shares a full bath (jack & Jill style) with one of the island view bedrooms. The last bedroom faces the island and has a private ensuite bathroom.

The 3rd Level of this home has all tile flooring and is a gathering / game/media room with several arcade style game consoles, a tabletop large shuffleboard game and a foosball table. The third floor has it's own full bath, a large ocean facing sundeck and an island facing sundeck and some sleeping arrangements as well on this floor.

Covered parking under the house, a hot and cold outdoor shower, and just a short stroll or if you decide to rent one, a very quick golf cart ride to the beach access.

All this plus much more in this private, gated subdivision just a 5 minute ride to the Town of Edisto Beach and all it has to offer.

Jeremy Cay subdivision, is a private gated community that has tastefully been made to fit into the existing landscape and not bulldozed and then replanted. There are only two true beach front properties in Jeremy Cay and that's because Mother Nature decided that it was happening! The rest of the subdivision uses beach accesses to get to the beach via walking, bikes or golf carts. The main beach access happens to be VERY close to Lowcountry Living!

Lowcountry Living's lot goes all the way to the ocean but is not direct oceanfront, meaning you cannot walk straight out to the beach from this home. There is no other property in front of this home and you have the privacy of a seawall and a pond between the house and the beach. We have a linen package you can add which includes beds made up, linens for beds, bath towels and kitchen towels.

Other than several small needed fixes like the top oven and a few sink stoppers and low battery garage door opener…things were really comfortable and we were super happy.It would have been nice for there to have been a full fuel tank for the fire pit and a safety gate on the deck so mamas didn’t need to worry about their little ones escaping but these annoyances haven’t kept us all from wanting to come again next year!

Beach front and perfect for big groups

This home is beautiful and in our favorite neighborhood of Jeremy Cay. The views are stunning and you are a short golf cart ride or walk to the beach. Every bedroom has a comfortable bed and the rental company provided a lot more than other rental agencies in town. The kitchen is stocked with any utensil you need to make meals for a large group. We will absolutely be back!

An Amazing Home for your vacation!

What a BEAUTIFUL home, everything was Perfect!! Views were amazing! The house was stocked with all the things needed when it comes to appliances, pots, pans etc! It was just what we needed to get a few days away for a nice “Re-set” We will definitely be back!

Low Country Living is just that. A paradise nestled in a peaceful, serene location. The perfect week. Lowcountry Living had everything we could want… incredible views, a great semi-private beach to spend the day and of course plenty of room for the entire family. The home is very spacious with an open first floor kitchen and living area where the entire family could gather. With all the porches we could all have our quiet time as well. It’s close to the state park which has some good biking trails. We have been vacationing at Edisto for a few years and this by far has been our best stay. We are looking forward to next year and it sounds like everyone’s vote is for Lowcountry Living. Thank you!

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing

Lowcountry Living is a beautiful new home, with all the amenities, located right on remote Edingsville Beach. It's a private and secluded neighborhood within minutes of Edisto Island shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved the incredible balconies overlooking the ocean and the island, there are views from every room in the house. The kitchen is well-appointed and the bedrooms are all spacious with modern bathrooms attached. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck and the numerous games on the 3rd floor, so fun! The beach almost felt like our own private paradise because there were so few people around at this time of year. We took multiple walks a day and marveled at the massive number of shells on this stretch of beach. We've vacationed on various islands in the Carolina's for many years and this may be one of our new favorites!

Great week!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Low Country Living! There are 16 that gather each year for a family beach week. We love Edisto but it can be difficult to find a place big enough to accommodate our crew. Mamaw loves to cook and feeds us home cooked breakfasts and suppers everyday. The kitchen is perfect for her needs. The storage space was WONDERFUL! We just can’t say enough good about this property and the folks at Edisto Beach Vacation Rental! Thank you for a beautiful week.

One of the BEST vacations EVER!!!

WONDERFUL home! It has everything you need and want! Every room is bright and welcoming. The beds were soooooo comfy!!! There is enough room and storage for everyone. The views from each balcony were perfect! The evening sky and sunsets were beyond amazing. The incredible house is perfect for families who like a less crowded beach and the shells!!! Absolutely, a little slice of Heaven.

AMAZING Girlfriend Week!

We loved Lowcountry Living for our annual "High School (class of '79) Girlfriends Vacation". The location was so quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to spend a couple days exploring in Charleston and Savannah. We cooked, lounged, beach walked and visiting all the island sights. The house exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed the outside deck areas immensely. House was clean and cool when we arrived. Each lady enjoying a private bedroom and bath was spa like! Thank you!

A truly special place

Lowcountry Living is an exceptional house with beautiful views and outdoor spaces. The ocean of course is beautiful, but overlooking that tide pool is really special. The outdoor seating options were perfect for a family. All of the rooms were beautifully and comfortably decorated. We absolutely loved the kitchen, we prepared many meals at the beach and it was so perfectly stocked. Also, as mentioned, the walk to the beach was easy. Having the elevator was so nice when we arrived with all of our things. We can't say enough good things about this home. Many times pictures look better than the actual home, in this case the real thing exceeded our expectations!

Perfect Getaway Home!

A group of our friends gathered here over Super Bowl Sunday weekend. This home was very clean and well stocked! Our group (5 couples and 3 single folks) were easily accomoodated in the spacious rooms. Upstairs, three of our friends were also very comfortable in the game room which had a queen bed (with addiitonal trundle bed underneath), 2 twin beds and a fold out sofa bed; this room also had a well equiped game room which offered plenty of entertainment. We enjoyed looking for shells on the beach and really enjoyed the balcony with fire pit. We would return anytime...we didn't find that we were missing/needing anything and it was difficult to leave what felt like home. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets for when we were cuddled up around the fire.

What a glorious week!

LowcountryLiving was the best beach house ever! We had 19 family members staying together. The kitchen was so well thought out and the appliances were 1st class. It made cooking low country boils, steaks and breakfasts easy.The large dining table and spacious living room made eating and gathering together great. Bedrooms were perfect for getting some of the most wonderful rest ever! Bathrooms equipped with showers and a couple of tubs for unwinding at the end of the day(plenty of hot water too). The top floor game room made way for a very competitive family foosball tournament! We had rain one day but it did not matter we played corn-hole in the full 2 car garage. My wife and I saw the sun-rise each morning while taking leisurely strolls along one of the most perfect beaches ever. Thanks for the memories LowcountryLiving, we will be back!

Absolutely Amazing!

Lowcountry Living was the most perfect getaway for our long distance group of friends. The house abundantly accommodated all of us and our needs with all the sleeping arrangements, extra fridge, elevator, copious utensils/plates/cups, multiple AC units, large dining, and outdoor seating. We couldn't have asked for more. The view and main level porch were worth every penny and made leaving even harder! We went ahead and paid for sheets and linens and they were all ready for us when we went to bed that night. We forgot about about the turtle laws and Rick was very polite when he called to remind us! Couldn't recommend LowCountry Living and Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals more!

Gorgeous and Serene

We had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful home over the summer. The location is simply immaculate. We felt extremely close to the natural beauty of Edisto Beach. The house is spacious, and gorgeously appointed. Our kids loved sending the evenings in the game room while we cooked dinner in the huge kitchen. After we put the boys to sleep we sat out by the fire table and watched the stars above the ocean. It was truly heavenly. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home! Each morning we woke up, and took the short walk out to the beach to soak up the sun. Our kids loved playing in the tide pools and enjoying the beach. The town was a short drive away and we’re excited to explore it next time we come. For our first visit we didn’t want to leave the beach! We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this lovely home
