South Shore Long Term Stays
Great South Bay area within a short distance of the water taxi to Fire Island and a buzzing restaurant district on Main St. Also close to Southside University Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital and Turo Medical College. Come and have a good night's sleep at my place that's cozy with modern glam touches. Ideal for medical traveling professionals. This is a private townhouse with a huge backyard that includes a firepit, grill and seating area. Three spacious bedrooms with lounging areas. Unit does not have a living room space (3bdrm's that sleeps 6), two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen with spices, pots/pans, coffee brewing station, tea kittle, microwave and airfryer to make your own meals if desired. Also experience a day of shopping at The Tanger Outlets in Deer Park which is ten minutes away with seasonal ice skating, farmers market or taking in a movie is enjoyable. Close to all ocean beaches and state parks, cedar beach, Captree, Robert mosses, Sunken Meadow, Jones Beach to name a few. Absolutely no parties or large gathering are allowed in respect of my neighbors peaceful, quiet enjoyment. PLEASE DO NOT move furniture around the house!

Visiting family
My family (myself, husband, 5yr old and 3 yr old) stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was clean and well put together. We didn’t spend much time in the house, mainly used it for sleeping. It was close to good restaurants and easy to get around. Kitchen was a bit small (only two seats at the table) and there isn’t a living room in the house. It was fine for what we needed and we would stay there again, but it’s not a house you can hangout in if that’s what you’re looking for.

Thank you for your review and I'm happy to hear that you had a good stay. The bathroom in the living room was being upgraded so I closed off the whole area for safety reasons. As per pics the whole house is now open with a livingroom that has french sliding doors leading to the backyard space.
