Holiday home on Sylt in idyllic dream location - dogs welcome!

The Moritz-Hues is since March 2019 for the first time in the rental and is the western corner house of a Dreispänners and is located in a quiet side street on the outskirts of Archsum. From here you can enjoy a clear view over the Archsumer meadows to the dike - pure nature!

The Moritz-Hues was completely renovated at the end of 2018 and equipped with great attention to detail. It offers comfort and coziness for a relaxing holiday on Sylt.
From your own car park you will reach the house through a well-tended garden. Behind the front door in the entrance area is a practical wardrobe. From here, a comfortable staircase with floor lighting, laid out with carpet flooring leads to the upper floor.

But first we stay on the ground floor:

kitchen
From the hall you can reach on the right hand through a sliding glass door in the small but fine, fully equipped, self-contained kitchen with large window (with insect screen). Here you will find everything you could wish for a holiday home kitchen (including high quality dishes for up to 10 people, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and electric cooker with ceramic hob).

storeroom
Opposite the kitchen there is a very practical storage room with a second fridge, a safe and enough storage space for z. B. Food supplies, rubber boots, golf bags, etc.

Guest WC
In addition to the kitchen you can enter from the hall into the guest toilet with window, in which the washer-dryer, discreetly hidden in a cupboard, is located.

Living and dining room
Through a wooden door you enter the spacious, light-flooded living-dining room. The window front across the entire width of the room gives a view of the terrace and the beautiful garden. The combination of modern and traditional furniture and tasteful accessories gives the room a real feel-good atmosphere. A casual leather couch over corner invites you to relax. A large 55-inch Sony TV with DVD / Blu-ray player and a high-quality Bose music system in addition to perfect reading light for pleasant conversation. The open fireplace creates coziness on cooler days. An electric awning and an electric blind protect against too much sun when needed.

The bedrooms and bathrooms:
The comfortable staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms.

Bedroom # 1 with spa
The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double box spring bed (180 x 200) with a great mattress and high quality down comforters and pillows. The wide window front to the garden (a window with insect screen) provides light and fresh North Sea air and a beautiful view of nature. If you prefer it dark at night, then an electric blind is available. Real wood parquet and natural materials ensure the optimal indoor climate.
A wardrobe and a dresser provide the necessary storage space for your personal belongings. In addition, a high-quality TV and Bose radio is also available in the bedroom.
A sliding door leads from the bedroom directly into the spa bath. Here you will find next to toilet and comfortable vanity a sauna by Klafs and a generous rain shower with Kneipp hose. The bathroom also has a large window to the garden and offers enough fresh air after the sauna sessions. The high-quality natural stone floor with underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.
If you want to start your day with an early-morning coffee, you will find a small coffee bar with Nespresso machine here.

Bedroom No. 2
Also in the 1. Floor is another bedroom with 2 single beds. Thanks to the wide window front, this room is very bright and friendly. Also this room is equipped with real wood parquet and has its own TV set. There is also a small workstation and a nice large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space.

Large bathroom
Between the two bedrooms is the spacious second bathroom with large corner bath, shower, marble vanity, toilet and bidet. Natural stone floor, underfloor heating and the large window to the garden leave nothing to be desired.

Bedroom No. 3
From the hallway on the upper floor you reach the very spacious double bedroom in the attic via a staircase with carpet steps. The beautiful thanks to a large roof window bright and friendly room is equipped with real wood parquet, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200) with electrically adjustable head and foot section. Spacious built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. Again, there is of course a TV, as well as a small desk under the window.

Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning fee (€ 200 per stay) and the fee for bringing a dog (€ 35 per dog per stay) are not included in the price.
