The ground floor features a cosy living and dining room with an open kitchen. From the living room—which includes a sofa, armchair, and TV—you have access to the south-facing terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair (seasonal). The sauna is also located in the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a freezer compartment, a toaster, and a dishwasher. A staircase leads down to the basement. Here you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer, and a washer-dryer. There is also a bedroom with a box-spring bed, TV, mirror, and closet. On the ground floor, you’ll find the second bedroom with a double bed, TV, closet, and a south-facing balcony; there is also a bathroom here with a shower, toilet, and towel dryer. The third bedroom, located in the attic, features a double bed and a TV. A parking space is available for you at the house. If you’re arriving with multiple cars, you can park for free on the side of the street.<br><br>A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior notice (€10 per pet/day).<br><br><br>The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
