Great Home and Great Location but nice to know

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, the rooms were nice and big. The beds were comfortable. The A/C was very cold. The kitchen was a good size and upgraded. The bathrooms were nice however we were a little thrown aback that we were asked to not throw toilet paper in the toilet. Other than that, it was a great home, close to everything on the West Side, and a super quiet neighborhood.

The property itself is not bad but I wish they took a better care of it. The house was not yet cleaned when we arrived, the pool was covered with leaves and needed cleaning so we couldn't use it right away. A few chairs were broken, the dishwasher was filled with water and smelled, soap in one of the bathrooms was missing, not enough utensils for use, the linens are of a very low quality and even though washed, still overused. Some of those things were taken care of after I reported them to the property manager. No apology was offered though. When I stay 3 nights only I expect those basic things to be in place so that I could enjoy my days off, not running after someone asking to fix them.

I believe you might have reviewed the wrong house. We don’t have a pool on the property and nothing was ever reported to me during your stay.
