About this property

"lean back and listen"

An original. The old massive Grömitzer house has been extensively refurbished over the years and today combines tradition, serenity and modernity with an upscale and cozy interior. The furnishings in a cozy country house style, bright colors, old accents and a fireplace underline the special charm of our semi-detached house. The private, beautifully landscaped garden is protected from foreign views and invites you to relax and unwind with the sun terrace.

Ground floor: bedroom with double bed, toilet with washing machine, living area with comfortable large couch and fireplace, adjoining dining area with large dining room table and 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen with private dining area incl. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, bath / WC with large shower.
Outside: approx. 400m² protected private garden, sun terrace with garden furniture, barbecue etc.

The semi-detached house is new in our possession and is available from 22. November 2019 available. The currently displayed photos show you the IST booth. We will make some changes in order to provide you with a beautiful holiday home. Current photos follow as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.
