Located just steps from RiverScape MetroPark and Downtown Dayton.
Other things to note:
There is no elevator in this historic mansion — guests will take the stairs to a 3 units.

The best of Dayton

The property is absolutely stunning and is a perfect location for a large group. Having three separate apartments in the reservation allows you to spend time with a large group while still having your own space. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants/bars as well as entertainment like baseball or broadway. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful property. Comfortable beds and bedding, all the “fancies” of a 5-star hotel (including nice robes in every bedroom closet). Michael was a perfect host; responsive and accommodating. We housed our whole family (5 couples) for our son’s wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Michael and team!

Perfect!

We stayed at the mansion on Monument for University of Dayton’s graduation weekend. The property is a perfect place to stay for a large group. The three apartments allow everyone to have their own space. Each apartment is decorated wonderfully with every amenity imaginable. My only regret is that we didnt know about this property when my son started his college journey four years ago!
