Oceanfront 1 Bedroom-Downstairs Apartment

Apartment (approximately 425 Sq Ft) - one bedroom, one bath (shower only) with full kitchen downstairs, under owner's home. Heat & air (window units). Linens & bath towels are provided. TV with ROKU & youtube TV in living area.
There is a screened porch (approximately 275 Sq Ft) attached to the apartment. Step outside the screen porch and you are just 40 steps from the beach.
Sleeps 2 adults only.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS!

Apartment rents from Saturday to Saturday.

You cannot see the ocean from within the apartment - but you are just a few steps to the beach from the apartment.

We do not provide beach chairs - there are places on Edisto where you can rent them.

A piece of heaven

My husband and I had a wonderful stay last week in the apartment. It was perfect for a couples getaway. The beach was so close! Just up 5 steps and there you are! The beach was beautiful and quiet for a week in July. The hosts were great and very friendly. We plan on making this a yearly trip for us!

Had a great time, the rental was very nice. Great view and just a walk out back to the beach. Made for a nice morning beach walk to Coots for breakfast or evening walk for a drink to watch the moon rise.

Beat place to stay on Edisto Beach!!

Everything was well taken care of. The restaurants were accessible & staff was friendly. The Sanders are lovely people. Going sightseeing anywhere beyond Edisto beach required a long drive, though.

Perfect little apartment. Steps from the beach.

I enjoyed my stay at the little apartment! It was so nice to be just steps away from the beach. Steve and Betty Llew are wonderful hosts and they did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again. Bed was very comfy.

Great Little Getaway

It was a cozy little place to stay with access to porch and deck to watch the ocean and be out of the sand and rain when necessary. Beds were very comfortable! Convenient to everything. Host was fabulous!

Behind the Dunes

Great spot just behind the dunes from which we could hear the rolling surf. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores. Steve and Betty Lou are great hosts.

Beachfront Bliss!

This cozy apartment is very well equipped and just steps from the beach. The owners are very helpful and informative and graciously shared their upstairs deck where we watched many gorgeous sunrises. We enjoyed the charm of the old-fashioned beach cottage. Our stay couldn’t have been better!
