Fantastic location in historic downtown!

We have stayed at these condos multiple times and absolutely love the location and the views of the river. For a price similar to the nicer hotels in the area you get a kitchenette and more room. The balconies are furnished with seating and a small table. Perfect for waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Downtown Location

Great downtown location and was as described. Reason for a 4 overall was some minor details specific to our comfort level: the bedroom window had no curtain and was bright (Due to placement of outside light) and the HVAC system located in the bedroom was extremely loud.) The balcony area was perfect but the provided sitting was uncomfortable. The host was very clear with check in /out procedures and the automated board was a nice touch! Would reccomemd or stay again!

Great weekend

I loved the location of the place! Very convenient to get to plenty of places and nice view! The check in process was kind of confusing but the host was available and everything worked out. Also, there was a comforter but no blankets, which wasn’t a big deal…but an extra blanket for the living room area would be nice. Just a recommendation. Anyhow, overall..it was a great stay.

Great view and clean property

We were in town to visit our daughter. This condo was in a great location for getting to the bars and restaurants. The view from the condo was great. The only negatives we experienced was the description said a walker blow dryer was provided but it was not. Rather inconvenient to have to go purchase one. The other thing was there was no laundry soap and didn’t notice it until we had already been to the store. Otherwise the Condo fit our needs.

Unfortunately, the HVAC was very loud every time it kicked on. We found it challenging to get off the couch and the board in the living room startled us the first time it changed. I suppose it would be more fitting for a younger couple.

Perfect space for a weekend getaway! Check in was a piece of cake and the property manager was very responsive with any questions or anything. Will definitely be back :)
