Lovely, comfortable property in the UC Davis Medical Center neighborhood. Very pleasant, nicely furnished, thoughtfully prepared. Contact with host was easy and responsive. Apartment very accessible from freeway yet secluded in a family-friendly neighborhood. Perfect for my needs. Would definitely return.

Super awesome communication from the host and never felt like I couldn’t reach out. Everything was clean and easy to access and provided just what I needed for a couple-day stay. Easy walking distance from midtown and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly!

Just as advertised

A great value for a clean and comfortable place in an easy location to get around. Communication with the host was easy and they were very gracious. I would recommend to anyone who just needs a place to stay to be near downtown Sacramento.

The studio was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. All the amenities you need are available, kitchen was full size and living area was comfortable and worked well for the visit. Host (Noah) was always available and quick to respond if any questions needed answered. Very convenient to UC Davis Medical Center, my purpose this trip. Would definitely recommend and if in the area again I will definitely look him up again!

Great property

Clean. Extremely well stocked. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway and stores. Only recommendation is to raise the height of the sofa (it’s really low!!) for us folks with mobility issues (otherwise very comfy sofa). Great communication. Appreciated the stay. Thank you
