This is the perfect location for being close to downtown Sacramento. It is a lovely neighborhood with beautiful old trees and the cottage is lovely. I will be back!

What a beautiful little Jewel! The cottage was clean and inviting. We absolutely loved the garden in the back and All the beautiful flowers! Jenna and Jon were great hosts to work with. Location is excellent with easy access to all the wonderful things Sacramento has to offer especially delicious food! We are looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful cottage!

Perfect location in Sacramento midtown area. Easily walkable to restaurants, coffee & shopping. Check out Jungle Bird tikki bar, Weatherstone coffee & Pintworks craft beers. Friendly people everywhere. The neighborhood is mature, well-maintained Victorian homes with shade trees & beautiful landscaping. Jenna is a perfect host who communicates check-in/out directions very well & always responds promptly.

The Green Door cottage!

This stay could not have been more perfect! very cute, quiet and clean property that was very walkable to midtown and downtown. I have to travel through Sac a couple times a year and going to ensure I book this property every time moving forward!

This midtown cottage was a perfect place for us to stay. Our son got married at the Sterling wedding venue, walkable but also a short uber if one is wearing fancy shoes. We went to La Costa coffee, Old Soul Coffee, Sweet Basil Thai, and Hot Chicken on foot. The cottage was sparkling clean. Jenna and John live on the property and are very available. They helped save baby skunks I saw in the back yard!

Perfect little guest house

It was a very cute and clean guest house that looked straight from a magazine. Everything was very well maintained and the renter was very communicative and friendly. The neighborhood itself was gorgeous. If I come back out this way I would love to stay here again!
