About this property

Walk to Kennebunkport and Kennebunk beaches. Very private.

Pristine home built in 2015 with three bedrooms and 2.5 Baths and a second floor bonus room with large screen tv and lots of bunk room. Sitting on a private lot 200 yards from the White Barn Inn. Both Kennebunkport and Gooches beach are located less than .5 miles away. Park your car and enjoy the area!

The house is complete with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floor throughout, granite countertops, one car garage and plenty of parking. There is a front porch for quiet morning coffee and a back deck with hot tub, grill and patio seating area. Beautiful view of the marsh and in a private wooded setting.

Our goal is to have you relax from the minute you arrive, so we stock the house with everything you need including, beach chairs, beach wagons, ice maker, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need, double ovens, dishwasher, pantry, microwave, gas stove and full laundry room. Relax, it is all here for you!

This is home is located minutes from Webhannet Golf Course, Cape ARundel Golf Course, KBIA, kayak rentals, whale watch, shops, restaurants, and the Franciscan Monastery. All of this set in a beautifully wooded Maine setting.

Perfect, beautiful home!

This home was stunningly beautiful and had absolutely everything we could have wanted! Close walk to the beach and the main street. The host was super responsive and everything was clear for check in/check out. We would absolutely stay here again when in Maine. It was a perfect stay!

Fantastic house

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this home. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the upstairs loft was a bonus room for our kids to unwind and play! The owners made check in and check out seamless and were more then accommodating. This home is located on a quiet street walking distance to Kennebunkport and to the beach. We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Experience!

Our family stayed at Dave and Wendy's property in mid-August 2023. We had an absolutely wonderful experience - the house was everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 6, everything was very clean, new, and they made sure the home was equipped with all the amenities we would need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect - walking distance to the beach and town, and located on a quiet tranquil street. Thank you Dave & Wendy! Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Kennebunk!

2024 vacation

This property was perfect for our group. 8 of us in total (2 families) and the rooms were perfect. House was very clean, well laid out (all main bedrooms on first floor) and kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals. Location is also great, about halfway between the town and beach so walking to either is very easy. Quiet road and nice back patio with a hot tub, firepit and grill which all worked perfectly. Had a problem with the kitchen fridge during our visit and the owner was very responsive. Fortunately there was another fridge in the garage so the impact was minimal.

A truly exceptional rental

This was one of the best of our 17 rentals this summer. The house was modern, comfortable, private, and clean. We had plenty of (unfenced) grassy yard for the dogs, and surprisingly few insects in the yard. Although located on a secluded dead end street, it was easy to walk to both beach and town. The warm weather kept us out of the upstairs TV loft but we didn’t lack for comfortable downstairs space. This was a rare property with a garage large enough for our big pickup truck. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Stunning Home, Perfect Location!

Dave and Wendy are awesome hosts. The booking, check-in, and check-out process was smooth, and we appreciated the helpful welcome guide book they provided. The house is amazing and looks even better in person than in the photos. The great room on the second level was a favorite and provided many options to hangout, sleep, or catch a movie. Everything needed and more was supplied for our use to allow for an exceptional vacation. The home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We’ve been vacationing in Maine for many years and this home was the nicest, and most centrally located property we have stayed at. It is peaceful and private, yet an easy walk to the beach and dock square. We also really enjoyed the outdoor features. The hot tub was awesome! We would highly recommend this property!
