Really Beautiful

This was a really amazing property. The owners were so kind and generous. The house is absolutely stunning and perfect for a group. We all had space and toiletries. I was blown away by this property.

My wife Janette & I (Rick) have lived in the local area for 30 years. I am a real estate agent by day and an avid Saber fencer by night. Janette is a pharmacist by profession, but will usually be found riding her horse anytime she is not at work and has time to play.

Why they chose this property

We are pleased to make our 2nd home available to you. You will love its proximity to wine country, Pacific University & several high tech companies such as INTEL. In the immediate neighborhood, you will enjoy a large new park. Close by is Fred Meyer's for all of your grocery and other shopping needs (superstore). Be sure to add some extra days to your vacation so that you can enjoy the Oregon Coast an hour to the west or Mount Hood 1.5-2 hours to the East.

What makes this property unique

This home is elegantly furnished and incredibly clean, constructed in 2022. Enjoy delicious barbequing with a Traeger wood pellet grill. The park which is only a block away offers an under cover picnic area, large fields for kids to practice soccer and other sports, as well as a basketball court.
