Here's a summary as VRBO only allows a certain number of characters for a review:
The place is pretty dirty: floors, bathrooms not very clean, carpet and rugs are filthy. I cleaned the kitchen floor myself with the paper towel I purchased.
Dryer doesn’t work - opened it up and found a puddle of water and a bad smell, dried it out with a towel, cleaned the barrel, and when I tried to use it, it turned off within 30 seconds
Contacted the property manager twice and heard nothing - no response
Contacted VRBO and was told someone would contact me - didn’t happen
Keurig doesn’t work
Ice dispenser in the fridge doesn’t work but the water does, takes a long time to fill a glass of water as there is no water pressure
No towels (paper or cloth) downstairs in the kitchen (we bought paper towels for the kitchen and left them for the next people that stay in this place)
No toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom
Most of the toilet paper holders are broken, holes in the wall where they were
No body wash or bar soap but plenty of hand soap
Construction outside starting at 5AM
The place is nicely decorated and is spacious. TVs on the first two floors work great. We never went to the 3rd floor.
