Location can't be beat! Amazing views so sit on the porch and watch the MINI HA HA and Thursday night fireworks from the comfort of our home! You can park your car and walk for the week- Lake George Village with restaurants, arcades, coffee shops, Haunted Mansion , Shepard’s Park and beach all walkable on nice wide sidewalks along the lake. Usher/Delong beach (w/ lifeguards) and playground with pickle ball, swings, slides, basketball, and tennis is a 2 minute walk. 15-20 minutes walking to Million Dollar Beach , Mini Ha Ha, shops, arcades, Shepard's Park/beach, and all attractions. The home is part of Lake George history as it was built in 1800's. Tons of character but updated with gorgeous kitchen. Huge screened in porch and wrap around outside porch too. 5 spacious bedrooms (7 beds) with plenty of room to spread out. Pack light because this home is equipped with all appliances, grill, linens, beach chairs, floats. and towels. Come relax and enjoy the best location and comfort of this perfect home!!

Please make sure trash is neatly put in trash can and recycling is in the recycling cans . If possible flatten recycling to fit as needed. Please keep it neat and clean or we will have bears.
Please take food out of fridge and discard or take home.
Kindly make sure any dirty dishes are being run in dishwasher . Leave key where you found it on the railing and door unlocked for housekeeper. Thank you and safe travels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties and no groups of people under 25 Quiet after 10 PM (no music and loud outside activities after 10PM as per Lake George noise ordinances.

Our family loves the lake and has enjoyed many summers swimming, boating, eating s'mores, walking to the Village and sitting on our beautiful porch. Hope you have a chance to come to Lake George and make amazing memories with your family.

Why they chose this property

Our house is unique because of it's size and location. It is huge and an easy walk to all. Save yourself the headache of meters and circling the area for a spot with hot, cranky children in the car. You can literally park and spend the week walking everywhere. The children will be ready for a jump in the lake after a walk through town and good and tired come bed -time. Teens love the freedom to walk to and from the village alone. Also, the basketball and tennis courts, playground and life guarded beach are 2 minutes walk away. The closest beach is small and perfect to relax and swim with children. Million Dollar Beach is also walkable and larger (about 15 minutes). Two very popular restaurants less than 5 minutes walking (George's Prime Rib and Koom Garrison) . Watch and hear the Steam boats and Thursday night fireworks from the comfort of the porch. I could go on and on but words don't do it justice. Come see for yourselves :)

What makes this property unique

We have a large screened porch and wrap round porch to sit and watch the fireworks and Mini Ha- Ha go by daily. Our close proximity to beaches restaurants, shops and all of the village make our home stand out. You have an amazing daytime view of the lake and a gorgeous sunset view not seen from the other side. Our night time view of the Village lights is amazing too. Our home is the perfect place for a family vacation with plenty not room to spread out .
