The owners are amazing. The property contained EVERYTHING we needed, plus some. Check In and out was painless and the popcorn machine was an extra added bonus. The beds were so comfy and there was plenty of linen for everyone.I can’t say enough good things about this property and the owners. We will definitely be going back in the future.

We rented the house for a family get together. The large, rustic feel was just what we were looking for. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware for a big family meal. The view was beautiful. Some of us went out canoeing and some went kayaking. The hiking was great and we did a pedal power rail trip that was near by and lots of fun.

We loved this house! Fishing and kayaking on the river, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, pinball, air hockey and nightly campfires! Perfect place for adults and kids and it was a perfect place for us! Thank you Bill and Niki!Nancy

We had the most incredible time!! We were here to celebrate our parents anniversary and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was beautiful with so much character. There was so much to do for the kids…swimming, hot tub, fishing, kayaking, arcade games, campfires, etc. They absolutely loved it! Our host Niki was especially wonderful. Easy to communicate with and gave recommendations for things to do in the area. We also had an issue with one of the TVs and she immediately replaced it. We would highly recommend this house especially for big families! We can’t wait to come back!

It is a beautiful home on a lake that our kids and grankids loved kyacking in. And being 10 minutes from Lake George Village was an extra perk. Lots of memories were made and we would definitely go back there again.

We had an awesome time here. Plenty of space in the house and on the property for the whole family to spread out. We were able to take the kayaks down the river (which was calm). Very close to Lake George and trails.
