Hi! I moved to Arizona in 2003 after serving seven years in the Army as a helicopter pilot. After the Army, I started (and eventually sold) a couple of local restaurants while also consulting for other businesses of all shapes and sizes. I love hospitality and pleasing people so short-term rentals are a great fit! I am married to a beautiful and amazing Colombian-American woman and we have a young daughter together. We are both bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and love to host.
Why they chose this property
This property is in a quiet, but centrally located safe neighborhood with great neighbors and easy access to anywhere in the east valley of Phoenix. The tranquil and relaxing backyard has a wonderful diving pool and waterfall. We installed a great little gazebo and conversation furniture set to allow our guests an additional outdoor relaxation option. Inside, the house is fully updated and tastefully decorated in neutral colors to further provide that Zen feel that will make this vacation rental memorable for all the right reasons. My wife Carolina manages the cleaning and takes pride in our 5-star cleaning reviews.
