Great host. Great location. Great property. I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals and have never seen one so fully equipped with extras and an abundance of necessities. Eric was an amazing host and always quick to respond to the couple of questions we had when we first arrived. We were down for a couples birthday getaway / golf trip but would highly recommend this property for any sort of stay. All of our friends who joined us raved about the property throughout our stay. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The property has an amazing pool, nice bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The host was friendly and responds quickly. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great location for our stay. Pool was warm and had lots of fun pool toys for my 4 year old son. And the perk with the plane play structure kept him entertained. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and no road traffic. Felt safe. Host was quick to reply to all my little questions. House was stocked well with essentials plus extra welcoming amenities. espresso machine!!! saved me trips to Starbucks. Flat throughout the house so it was easy for my elderly grandparents to get around as well as a walk-In shower. The house made our trip extra special!

This house was great. The master suite was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was sure to provide plenty of unexpected products for our use. The bottle of wine was a special touch not to mention the bathroom product, snacks, bottled water and the drinks in the fridge. The pool table was a great addition to our vacation. The outside tv was great while enjoying the backyard. The heated pool was key for this time of the year, the pool was great.

We arrived at 1am tired and hungry. Eric had snacks and waters ready for us. He made sure the pool was heated and in good working order. The house was beautiful and everything went smoothly! We loved it!

Fantastic Home and Location

We absolutely loved this home and definitely recommend it. It is beautiful and well laid out. The backyard and pool are perfect. Communication was excellent and the house was very clean with lots of extras. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Chandler.

My family and I had a great time. This was a beautiful home in an excellent location! The pool was a great touch and there was plenty of space for us to hang out together or take in some quiet time alone. The host was very responsive and accommodating when possible. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience as a first time user of VRBO! We stayed 6 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids. Eric was a fantastic host - super easy check-in/out, answered my questions quickly, and checked in during our stay to see if we wanted the pool cleaned an extra time after a storm. House was clean and comfortable, good location, and not to mention BEAUTIFUL! Beds were comfortable, pool was amazing and the shaded patio area with grill and TV was definitely a plus! Pool table and star trek electronic pinball was nice for some indoor activities. Tons of little extra amenities like towels, bottle of sunscreen, wine, toiletries, and snacks which were such a nice surprise! Pool slopes to probably close to 6 feet in middle but wasn't an issue for our kids. There were some pool toys and floating tubes & loungers available. It was perfect and we absolutely plan to stay here again when we are in the area!

Super clean, cozy, and very comfortable!! Only 25 minutes to downtown phoenix. The heated pool was so nice! Eric was incredible, and very responsive. This is for sure the nicest rental I have ever stayed in!!

We booked this home for 5 adults attending a wedding in town. The space was perfect for us. The home is very nice, spacious and clean. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and using the outdoor space. Probably the best thing about this house was the thoughtful amenities. We have stayed in a lot of homes because we prefer the space of a home over a hotel room, and this home provided so much more than a lot of homes we've stayed at before. There was a great coffee selection, waters, snacks, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and enough towels for use at the pool. These are all thoughtful extras provided by the owner and we were very appreciative of that. The communication with the host/owner was excellent and we would definately stay here again.
