There is so much to do here in the complex with 2 pools plus a kiddie pool sitting beach side, another pool located in the interior of the complex, a full-size tennis court and is beach front with private access. And don't forget about the famous Sugar Shack (pool side cantina) serving your favorite drinks and beach goodies!! This two story, one bedroom home contains a King Size Bed on the top floor including a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs on the main level is a Sleeper Sofa in the Living area, another full-size bathroom with a stall shower, a stackable washer and dryer, plus a fully stocked kitchen! When it is time for Beach, Sun, and Fun, this home is wallet friendly and perfect for your small family!!
Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased anywhere with a cash register here. Also, there are vendors that sets up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.
All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

A Parking Passes is required and purchased upon arrival. the pass is $30 and limited to 1 pass, valid for your entire stay (up to 30 days). They are purchased at the gate entrance from the Security Guard.
