Three couples, and everyone had their own bathroom. Two of the rooms have en suite bathrooms, and two of the rooms share a smaller hall bath. King beds throughout and one day bed in a study. Great kitchen, laundry, ping pong table, and outside sitting areas. Didn’t use the cowboy pool or hot tub but they were available. The step down to the kitchen would prevent someone with a handicap to navigate that very well. Plenty of hot water, dark skies at night, ample parking for 2 cars to be off street, great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and spacious. We did not love the glass front door. We felt exposed. A few hooks or more towel bars in the bathrooms would be nice, otherwise it was well equipped. We really enjoyed Fredericksburg and the property was convenient and comfortable.
