Yosemite Gem on Ferretti- Peaceful home located just 24 miles to the Hetch Hetchy entrance to the Yosemite National Park & outside of Pine Mountain Lake HOA in historic Groveland, approx 2hrs to SFO & SAC.
Mar-Val/Grocery, restaurants, hotels, museums, hiking trails close by. Rainbow pool is within 2 miles to spend a day. Greely Hills creeks is another local attraction. Mining town remains may be attractive and educational.
The space
Private 2+ acres of wilderness, yet on Ferretti with small town living. views of deer, turkeys, quail and foxes that may visit you. Private master suite with mirrored double sized closet, shelves, its own AC, heating and the private bath with shower and soak-in tub. Full kitchen and dining.
Guest access
check-in w/lockbox. From Hwy 120 to Ferretti Rd, straight across Mountain Lutheran Church (just follow the driveway opposite side of the road). Driveway to the cabin is somewhat narrow with hills on the side, just outside the wash canal by Boitano Rd.
Other things to note
There could be other guests in the home. Please respect one another. Please keep all trash inside, no throwing food outside since that will attract bears and other unwanted visitors to the property.
