This house was perfect for our family vacation! It had all the amenities that we needed and then some. Loved drinking my Chai each morning on the Lenai while watching the ocean. Beautiful ocean view even from the hot tub!

The property was wonderful. Allison the host was great at communicating when needs arose. We didn’t access the pool as much because it was way too cold however we did enjoy the hot tub. I would definitely rent this property again.

The AC in the living room was leaking when we had turned it on. So we only got to use it for a little till we noticed the puddle of water in the floor. But we were lucky that the weather was very cool with the storm. That place is such and awesome area and felt very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our self. Thank you for having us well recommended.

Family staycation

We loved this property! Allison was a blessing to work with, we celebrated my other half’s 31st birthday and our daughters 6 month milestone and had a fantastic time. We especially enjoyed the pool and views! Very highly recommend, we will for sure be staying here again!

Beautiful House with Ocean Views, pool and jacuzzi

Staying at this house was such a pleasant retreat. Secluded location, great views, exclusive use to a pool and jacuzzi! The house is beautiful, clean, lots of space indoors and outdoors. Well designed and has everything you need!

There was many nice things about the house and we enjoyed our stay. There are some definite negatives though. In the listing, it appeared that there was a laundry room available, but when we got there, there was not it had been turned into a tiny bedroom. The owner definitely needs to supply more things to make guest stays more enjoyable. I had sent her a list of things like a laundry basket because the washer and dryer are now outside so you have to carry your clothes from the washer and dryer into the house in your arms. They also did not have games or cards there. I’ve been to many vrbos and I’ve never been to one that did not have these things. I requested them from the owner and they were brought immediately which we appreciated. My biggest issue was communication with the host. It seem to be if the request was minor it would be answered like wanting cards, games, etc. but if it was a bigger request like the hot tub really needed cleaned the water was green. there was no response. There were a few times that I messaged her about things and got no response After we got home. I messaged her a list of things that the house could really use like a shredder, wine opener, etc., because those things in the house were broken she never has even texted me back. We also requested a crib which we had to pay for and it was not delivered until late in the evening and we didn’t even know it was outside. Communication is definitely an issue.

Rooms with a view

What stands out about this property is what the description doesn't say about it. The quiet. All you hear are birds. The view is much better than the photos show. Bring binoculars. The kitchen appliances are top notch. The pots and pans etc are adequite. The gas grill on the patio is great. Each room has its own A/C which means you can have them all set to different temperatures. We didn't really need it in the mornings or evenings. The location is excellent about 10 minutes into town. When using GPS to get there only enter the name of the street( to find the turn off from the main road) and then follow the owners excellent directions. I think the GPS is thrown off because of all the private roads involved. Look for the pink pick up truck (assuming it is still there). it is a wonderful house.
