Quiet private space with a pool table, kitchenette (no oven or stove) and plenty of space (1,300 Sq Ft). Blackout Curtains and air conditioning for a cool night sleep. Just east of downtown Eugene we are located 15 min. to the University of Oregon and Downtown. Lots of Hiking and Biking trails. 90 min to the coast or mountain skiing. 2 hours to the Bend/Sun River area.
