Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Place to experience the beach.

Location is great, close to various bars. Short walk to the beach. You are right on the bay side and can relax out back with a few drinks. Great stay for families as well plenty of sleeping space. Just bring extra toiletry.

Super Great location, very peaceful and quiet! Neighbors were neighborly. Overall clean, but some minor updates needed and I’m sure owners will correct soon. I would stay here again, our family enjoyed it! I would give five stars, but there is always room for improvement at any place.

It's great!

We had a great stay! If there was anything to complain about it's just how easy it is to hear people in the unit above us. They were very quiet during our stay but I could hear every footstep and they were walking like normal people. That being said, it was a great stay, the rooms were nice, I liked the location, everything was clean, very good vibes. The people above us were also very quiet so while clearly there needs to be some soundproofing done it was not something that impacted our stay.

The unit was clean, the pool was nice, and the view of the bay is beautiful. A few areas of need are the kitchen utensils-specifically silverware (lack of complete sets) and frying pans (thin and lumpy, not flat). The 2 white chairs on the porch were both cracked on the seat portion upon arrival and pinched our daughter’s legs. The tall blue seats were great and made watching the waves enjoyable. Would suggest providing an iron (there was an ironing board in the laundry closet) and a hair dryer for your guests. We had a great time and would recommend.

Nice view, not very private

The condo itself was nice, albeit ppl a somewhat strange entrance from the parking lot into the primary bedroom. There was, however, little privacy. The units are on top of one another and the front deck has a small shared space with the unit above. Also, the review about noise from the unit above was spot on. You could hear every move and although the people above were relatively quiet with a few people or a family the noise would be hard to ignore.

Nice place great view but the noise from upstairs was a nightmare till 4am

Loved the view, place was nice showers in need of repair due to turn on and off mechanics and hot water adjustments! Needs a decent frying pan in kitchen! If anyone is in the upstairs unit you will know because no insulation between ! We had people above us partying until 4:30 am! Would not rent again due to that fact!

Issues with rental property

Hello, So I rented this property from July 3rd to July 7th. During our stay we came across a few items, which you’ll see in pictures attached. This property was dirty upon our stay, dirt under bed with a toilet seat, piece of food along with a sufficient amount of dust behind dresser. I Only saw behind dresser cause I had to plug in my charger. Also which was major things was the black mold around a few vents and the ac filter was in desperate need of replacement.. We paid good money to stay in a clean, efficient and safe place and that wasn’t the case. I had to screw in handle in master shower just so it was usable. Master shower door wouldn’t even close correctly. I didn’t come on vacation to fix things or have a possible health problem, especially being my daughter has asthma..

Liked that I could walk right out the door and was only steps from fishing or crabbing. Nice view of the bay and sunset. Nothing like drinking coffee on the porch in the morning watching the birds and the water.
