Sat-Sat for weekly. Mini weeks available as Sat-Weds or Weds -Sat.
Long weekends only available for Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends or during off-season months. Please contact first for any other date requests.

Beautiful and well maintained 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Ocean Block family-only unit.

This beautiful family-only apartment is conveniently located in Midtown Ocean City, just steps from the beach and a short walk to the bay. The unit comes fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment has a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second and two twins in the 3rd, plus a full size pull out sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is complete with microwave, coffee maker, blender and all eating and cooking utensils. Everything you would need for a home cooked meal.

The unit has cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and central air conditioning /heating. There is a large front and rear deck, and a good size picnic table on the rear deck which is perfect for crab and seafood feasts!

Linens aren't provided so please bring sheets/queen pillowcases and towels.

Lodging Agreement and copy of ID required for all bookings.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off the ACs and lights.
Units should be returned "broom cleaned". IE any large messes and /or trash should be cleaned up prior to departure.
Contact the host to confirm departure and/or return keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Lodging Agreement (external) and copy of State issued Driver's License or ID required for all bookings, and due back within 7 days of booking.
Direct related families only. No groups of any age. Multi-family rental requires pre-approval before booking. Primary Must be 25+ and on-site always.
Prime season (June- Aug): weekly is Sat-Sat and mini-weeks are Sat -Weds or Weds- Sat. Pre-approval required for any other requests. +HOA rules apply

Perfect Place!

Location, cleanliness and ease of communication with property owner makes this a perfect place to stay and enjoy OCMD! Easy access to the beach, comfortable beds, clean, huge patio out back with clothes lines to hang wet towels and bathing suits, and owner Jonathan was very responsive and even met us at the property to hand deliver the keys. Would definitely stay again!

We loved it! Jonathan keeps the condo immaculately clean and ready for your arrival. Our family of 5 fit easily. Having the extra space was fabulous, especially with small children. We enjoyed lounging in the living room and on the decks after long days on the beach. It’s quiet, convenient, and only steps from the sand. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful trip, place was clean, super close to the beach, andwe had a week filled with beach and Jeep fun! It will be wonderful when the dryer is fixed... It's rather obnoxious. But all else was great!

Perfect for families. No parties. A short walk to the beach. Many places to eat and enjoy within walking distance. For a short drive, we highly recommend Captain Mac's for an unusual place for dinner. Get there early. They close at 7:30pm and are always busy. Old Pro Mini Golf has an indoor and outdoor range. We played both. Great fun and very busy. The indoor range was done very creatively. The downside is the traffic.

Even the weather couldn’t dampen our stay!

The Sandpiper was perfect! Although our weather was more like March than Memorial Day weekend, complete with gale-like winds, this place was perfect! We were so close to the beach and it was beautiful! The location is far enough from OC-proper that we didn’t have to worry about parking or noise, but close enough to do whatever we wanted! The dining table was a great size for our rainy-day board games and the Door Dash deliveries! We would definitely book again for our next OC visit!

Great location, quiet street for Ocean City (no high rises nearby), wonderful front deck furnishings and back deck with large picnic table. Super quick, easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms were small, but adequate as we were only in them for sleeping - the rest of the time was spent on the porches or the beach! Unit had everything required for a great stay. Great unit for the price. Will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay very much. Quiet building in great location. Had most everything we needed but we were unaware that we needed to bring ALL the bed linens down to the pillows and blankets. I must have missed something! The Queen mattress was hard as rock! We made due and had a very nice mini vacation

This is an amazing first floor walk up which is great for families and those where walking up too many stairs is a challenge. It felt like home the minute I walked in door. There is also a medical center next door if any medical challenges come up during a trip so I feel very safe.
