We love everything about this property! This is our 3rd time staying here and we will definitely be back again! The location is amazing and the host Aaron is always so kind and helpful! The property is beautiful and has so much character and charm! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington!

The place was great. It was in a perfect spot and we especially loved the elevator. So convenient! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, great supplies in the kitchen etc. The place is well thought out and the host was really responsive. We plan to stay here again when we come back in the spring.

Excellent location in the heart of Downtown Wilmington! Everything was walking distance that we wanted to do. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Contact with the host was wonderful as well! If you do have small children just be aware it can be loud at night due to people outside. 10/10 and already planning our next trip!

Great location downtown Wilmington

We came into town for the marathon and this was the absolute perfect location. The property was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and we were right in the middle of it all. I would absolutely stay here again!

30th Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful time, the location was amazing easy walkability to almost anything we needed. Lots of shopping, food ,museums and of course the Battleship.
