Beautifully updated home that the whole family will enjoy. 4 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have brand new king mattresses, the 4th bedroom has 2 bunks and sleeps 4. Kitchen has everything you will need. Screened in patio as well as open air balcony. And an amazing elevator as well! We designed this house to make it truly feel like your home away from home. Centrally located 2 minutes from UNCW, and 12 minutes to Wrightsville beach! 10 beds total

The house is professionally cleaned, and the host (Steven) is very attentive to any issues that may arise. I really appreciate the location of the house, very close to UNCW and not far from a beach. I will definitely be staying here again.

The house was a great fit for our weekend family trip. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was very clean. The outdoor space was disappointing however. The screened in porch was in need of repair and only had 2 chairs. The fire pit area left much to be desired. Some chairs were rusty and the grounds were all weeds.

This was a great house! The host was very responsive to any questions and communicated with us in a timely and courteous manner. We did partly choose this home because of the elevator for one member of our group who has mobility issues. Unfortunately, because of a storm before we arrived, the elevator was out of commission. The owner did have someone come out the very day after we checked in but the motherboard was fried and could not be fixed in a timely manner. The owner brought us wine and gave us a partial refund to try and make up for this uncontrollable situation. We made do and still enjoyed our week! The home is spacious and we would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing get away! We used this house for a Bach trip and we all had an amazing stay. Courtney, hosts assistant, was super responsive and dedicated to our needs! House is close to a lot of places. House was VERY clean and equipped with things we needed! 10/10 recommend staying here. It is close to UNCW. We had no issues with the stay. Thanks again for a great experience guys.

This is the best spot in Wilmington. It’s located in the center of the city and just gorgeous. My family came home for a funeral and it was a holiday. I was able to cook everyone our traditional meals for breakfast and dinner. Thank you for making us home in your home away from home but back home

Amazing visit to Wilmington. We were there for a family wedding. The house and amenities were top notch. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for getting ready for the wedding. There is plenty of food options with in walking distance. Would highly recommend this property!
