Great spot in cute neighborhood close to downtown

Cute condo in quiet historic neighborhood walking distance to the sunken gardens and a local new brewery and restaurant. A quick uber ride to downtown. The condo was well decorated, super clean and the hosts thought of the little things like mini tooth pastes and extra tooth brush if you forgot about it. The bed was also comfy which is not always the case. We had to contact them a few times and they were super responsive.

Perfection

This space was perfect for my husband and I. It is close to the Dali museum, restaurants, bars, and my daughter! Immaculate, stocked with everything we needed including local coffee beans and grinder, and decorated adorably. Hosts were informative and helpful. The book about the area was amazing. The rental is exactly as posted on the site. Communication with owners was quick and friendly and made check in a breeze. Decorating was clean and classy. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit, it’s perfect St. Pete!

Great Studio

Great studio stay for us, owner was quick with message response and property was clean and affordable. Only thing I would change or add is a dehumidifier, the humidity sometimes got up to 80%-90% according to thermostat, and gave off a musty smell at times in the room. It didn't bother us as we were gone throughout the day.
