This house was PERFECT for us— great neighborhood, close proximity to everything we needed, safe, and spotlessly clean. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions.
Nailed the most important factor, which is excellent cleanliness. And the kitchen was great given the tiny house size. The condition of the place was quite run down though - loose faucet, mold problem in the bathroom ceiling, lots of peeling paint, flimsy exterior door. Ceiling fan so loud/clunky it kept us awake at night, and we chose to bring in our own sheets because the polyester ones at the unit were cheap, thin, and not breathable. It was just functional enough for us to sleep there for a couple nights, but would be unsuitable for a longer stay, or one where you’d spend significant time in the unit
The place was great nice and private! Your own little house. You have your own walkway right to it. Really close also. Your own parking spot as well. Everything I needed it was perfect. The owner communicated well I never needed to contact her for anything but during the scheduling it was great. Thanks for letting me stay at your place!
The Casita was very nice and Cozy . Clean and Amanda Wilson provided us with anything else that we needed like Coffee and Shower items. ECT. We had a very comfortable time there with no problems. Will be back and ask Amanda Wilson if I can rent it again on another trip.
