This property is a very nice and quiet home in the residential area of La Jolla. It was impeccably clean. It is located walking distance from lots of things in La Jolla.

This pet friendly rental was exactly what my family and I needed. It has everything you need and is a very short walk to the beach. The host agency was very responsive and every staff I interacted with was kind and friendly.

The location was convenient, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay. The place was also on the more affordable side, which was a plus.That said, the property left a bit to be desired. It felt dingy and not particularly clean, and it didn’t feel as remodeled or updated as the description suggests. It was quite hot inside during the day, although it did cool down at night. We also weren’t really able to enjoy the outdoor space because of the mosquitoes, and there were only two chairs outside rather than the couch shown/listed.Overall, the location and price were positives, but the condition and cleanliness of the property could use some improvement.

Great Location!

We had a great stay, it was perfect for our family of 4 and we enjoyed having the outdoor space. The location was amazing with many places within walking distance and easy beach access.

This is a delightful old-fashioned cottage that has been updated. Super comfortable and great location. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants nearby.

We had a terrible experience, the property was advertised as having partial air conditioning, which was an important factor in our decision to rent it. Although the air-conditioning unit turned on, it did not cool the room below 80 degrees. Even more concerning, a sign next to the thermostat stated, "No AC," directly contradicting the listing. The lack of working air conditioning in the living room, an extremely loud ceiling fan in the bedroom, and bedroom temperatures reaching approximately 88 degrees made sleeping nearly impossible. Communication with the management company remained difficult and frustrating throughout our three-day stay. Based on the inaccurate listing, uncomfortable conditions, unresolved maintenance issue, and poor communication our overall experience was horrible with this property.

Excellent location for La Jolla and the beaches. The cottage is very clean. It has all the essentials except a cutting board which would be very useful. The old windows definitely need replacing, we did struggle to open/close these, which is essential for airflow.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, and was walking distance to wind n sea beach. Only issue was it could use some updating, and ceiling fan in king bed bedroom was really noisy on high. Otherwise nice quiet neighborhood. Communication was good through text, and vrbo app.Thanks
