Welcome to your Peoria retreat! Splash into the private pool by day and gather around the glowing fire-pit at night.

Outdoors: Backyard pool, loungers, BBQ grill and seating for sunset dinners.

Indoors: 3 comfy bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen and a dedicated workspace.

Families are welcome—there’s a crib, board games and plenty of space to play. Driveway parking is free.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

Great Stay

This was the perfect place to stay while playing in a baseball tournament in Surprise. Pool was great, restaurants/grocery nearby, A/C kept house cool in 115 degree heat. Primary bedroom was big with nice en-suite bath. Would definitely stay again.

This house is amazing. The place is exactly as listed. Very enjoyable stay. Lots of extras having some extra spices in the kitchen for cooking and enough bathroom supplies for the entire stay. Host communicated clearly and was friendly. Would stay here again.

Home was clean and tidy. Call Ilaria very nicely appointed for their mix of sun and shade. Lots of parking easy access to have the laundry.

This was a visit with my daughters and grandchildren. One daughter and granddaughter stayed with me at the Peoria house. We absolutely loved the layout of the house, the furnishings and we all slept well. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the house was the back porch and the pool. We enjoyed sitting out there every day. We did not use the pool except to sit with our feet in it because being October the water was cold. Kitchen was well furnished and we will certainly rent again when we visit our Arizona family. A special thanks to our property manager Lori who stayed in contact with us from day one.

Girl's Weekend

Everything about this property was first rate. Sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything we could have wanted, and more. Super comfortable beds and a huge kitchen. Lori, the property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We spent most of the time in the perfectly maintained pool. I would highly recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice Arizona House

We had a pleasant stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with attached garage. Everything was clean, and it very easy to communicate with the property manager (even when we were arriving late in the evening.). It was the first time we were asked to wash our own sheets and towels, but it was no big thing. Overall it was a very pleasant stay in a nice Arizona home.

"Peoria in the Sun"

My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay at this property. The property is very close to shopping, at the same time set in a attractive residential neighbourhood. The property was well maintained. There was a tiny issue with the pool but Lori...the property manager...was back to us and had a service technician on site immediately. I would recommend this property...and enjoy the sun in Peoria!

Nice House

A few things were missing like laundry detergent and not enough, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Other than that the house was clean lovely and perfect for my needs. I would definitely consider returning.

Great pool

Overall the property was great. It was kind of dirty when we checked in so we spent the first hour cleaning. Garbage cans were completely full so there was no room outside for a weeks worth of trash. That could have been coordinated better. But overall the property was nice and Lori was very accommodating. We will stay here again.

I would sincerely apologize for any cleanliness issues you may have encountered at check-in, although we did confirm and double check that the house was thoroughly cleaned and prepared just before your stay. Had you mentioned any issues during you stay with either cleanliness or the garbage, we would have had someone over to rectify immediately. We are sorry as well about the garbage situation, we understand the inconvenience it may have caused. We have a scheduled trash removal service that takes care of it weekly. However, likely the previous guests filled it after trash day and prior to the next one. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused, again had you mentioned it during your stay, we would've been more than willing to address the situation promptly. Your overall positive impression of the property is truly valuable to us, and we look forward to hosting you again next time.
