Outside, the home offers a wealth of amenities perfect for taking advantage of the lakefront setting. Spend the day on the private dock, soaking up the sun and swimming in your own private beach! Take to the water with the included paddleboards and kayaks, or head out on a scenic boat ride. We also offer local boat rentals as well! In the evenings, gather around the outdoor wood burning fireplace for s`mores and star-gazing, or retreat to the cozy lake level bonus room for a relaxing movie night.

The house is stunningly beautiful and with games and activities to keep the family engaged it was a wonderful holiday respite for my husband and I and our grown children. What a wonderful home! I was there with a tennis group and the house couldn't have been better. So much space indoors and outdoors to gather. Beautiful view, and paddle boards and kayaks to explore the cove this house sits in. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Getaway

Perfect house for our family vacation. The house was well equipped and nicely appointed. Loved waking up and enjoying the birds from our porch on our quiet cove. We took full advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks and the grandchildren loved the private beech. The arcade room was an added bonus one of the easiest VRBOs we’ve ever done. The owner was veryHelpful in providing all the info we needed and being available for any concerns. He also helped us to rent a Tritoon tha delivered to the house and waiting for us when we arrived. 5 star service all around!

Just as advertised. Staff was easy to work with. Clean house, lots of room for our 10 guests. Really enjoyed the downstairs area with TV, pool table, and firepit. Definitely recommend.

Our family absolutely loved this beautiful home!! Plenty of space, the lot to the lake is fantastic!! The beach was one of our favorite features. Great location! There wasn’t a lot of boat traffic so we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The kids had fun in the game room, playing pool every night. I highly recommend this home!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The only disappointments were lack of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/soap and too few garbage bags and dishwasher pods (for a family of 11). However, we would consider renting again in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

We stayed for a long weekend with our 5 grown children (20's) and everyone loved it! The home was better than we expected. Gorgeous place with a very laid back yet high end coastal vibe. Loved the floorplan - very spacious yet not overwhelming. The arcade room, outdoor grill, kayaks/paddleboards, outdoor fireplace and dock were all a hit. Loved the views from upstairs and down. Convenient to grocery store, amenities and access to lake for all the fun on the water. We all had such a great time and would definitely stay again! The property manager was very helpful and responsive as well.

Beautiful lake home

Beautiful house with great decor and finishing touches. Everything needed to enjoy a vacation was available and communication with the host was great. Lots or rooms and bedrooms, which was perfect for a large party of 10+. The backyard/patio was very enjoyable and the lakeside was perfect for kids and adults. The amenities within the house were well thought out, toiletries, kitchenware, entertainment were top of the line. The house is located at a perfect spot of the lake in a quiet cul de sac. Would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

We combined a 6-day family vacation with attending a couple of soccer games in Charlotte. We were able to have all of our children, spouses and grandchildren for stay. The set up of the house was fantastic as three of the bedrooms had their own on suite, and the grand kids had their own rooms and bathroom. The house was equipped with everything you could need except food and spirits! The back yard was great for games, lounging by and in the lake. We will definitely be back!

Great location for all ages. Wife and i are in our mid 70's, our 3 kids with spouses in their 40's and the grandchildren aged 10, 13 and 16. Easy access to the lake without many stairs or steep banks was a hime run. House was very "comfortable". Felt right at home. Only one suggestion. Could use a large stock pot took cook large amounts of spaghetti and corn on the cob, etc.

FANTABULUS!! (FANTASTIC AND FABULOUS

The home, location, and amenities were perfect! We had three generations (Ages 4-67) and there was something for everyone. We had 3 of our own boats, a swim mat, and the owners provided two paddleboats and two kayaks, and there was still tons of room for fun and floating! The home was very well appointed with anything you could possibly need (bath towels, beach towels, a game room, outdoor fireplace, and beverage fridge. The welcome basket with a bottle of wine and fixings for s'mores was just the cherry on top. Very much appreciated the easy communication with the owner. If we have the opportunity to return to Lake Norman, we will definitely stay at this home, located in an easily accessible cove. We have already recommended a vacation to LKN to our family and friends!
