Wunderschöne Auszeit am Ammersee

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen spontanen Urlaub über die Weihnachts- und Silvesterzeit. Sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieter, stets erreichbar und konnte bei allen Fragen helfen. Das Highlight der Wohnung war die Sitzecke, ansonsten war alles Nötige vorhanden (auch in der Küche für ein Weihnachtsessen). In der Umgebung gibt es viel in kurzer Zeit zu entdecken, der Anschluss fürs E-Auto am Haus war sehr praktisch. Im Gegensatz zu einem vergangenen Kommentar fanden wir das Bad nicht muffig. Die eingebaute Lüftung reicht vollkommen aus, um die Luftfeuchtigkeit aus dem innenliegenden Raum zu bekommen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in dem ruhigen kleinen Ort . Wenige Minuten vom See entfernt , Si das man gut vor dem Frühstücken schwimmen kann :)

Keine Erwartungen…

Leider war der Aufenthalt ernüchternd. Objekt wird als Loft bezeichnet und ist für mich eine bessere ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung. Das Bad geht gar nicht. Total veraltet und miefig. Der Vermieter tut das Nötigste aber auch nicht mehr. Etwas unterkühlt. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Umgebung traumhaft ist. Für Gäste sollte einfach mehr drin sein… Als Gastgeber hat man mehr zu tun als zwei Flaschen Wasser in den Kühlschrank zu stellen. So kommen Gäste nicht wieder. Zudem sollten die veralteten Informationen in der Info Mappe aktuell gehalten werden. Letzte Auffrischung aus 2019…. Wenn man keine Erwartungen hat ist man hier richtig.

Eine Woche am Ammersee

Wenn man vom Wetter absieht, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Utting, was nicht zuletzt an dieser geräumigen, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung lag - super für eine 4-köpfige Familie! Touristische Infos und Wanderkarten lagen bereit, darüber hinaus gibt der freundliche Vermieter gerne Auskunft und Tipps. Toll!

Top Loft am Ammersee

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, modernes Loft auf dem Lande. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Von Holzhausen ist man zu Fuß schnell in Utting mit vielen schönen Restaurants am Ammersee. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne, große, helle Wohnung

Sehr ruhig gelegene großzügige Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe des Ammersees. Gute Lage für Radtouren um den See. Wir Habenzinsen sehr wohl gefühlt.
