Enjoy this great centrally located Art Filled home with Mid Century decor .It's a Great Home with plenty of space on 3 Full levels In a Quiet Development Near Sag Harbor Town Center and Long Beach. it's newly renovated and on a quiet shy acre and is updated and light filled. Safe wide streets for walking and on a dead end with NO traffic. Located a little over 1 mile to Sag Harbor and 3 miles to Bridgehampton, its 5 minutes to the Hamptons Classic and just minutes to Sag village shops, close enough that a car is/may not be necessary to get to both restaurants and the beautiful bay (Long Beach) 1.5 miles away If you're a Walker!. The ocean beach are less then ten minutes away by car. The Bridgehampton shopping center is 5 minutes away with great shops, supermarket and TJMAX! This home is UNUSUAL as it has 4 Ensuite bedrooms with private baths. 3 with king beds and one with 2 twin beds. Its also has a closed door den used as a 5th bedroom with a Queen murphy bed and a sleep sofa that sleeps two. A crib is also available. It has central air and an open floor concept featuring a spacious living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, a new kitchen with marble island and dining area. Additional living and entertaining is upstairs with a huge 22 x 27 modern family room that has a fireplace and wet bar. The Lower walkout level is fully finished and is a separate guest suite, with a pool kitchen. Ca be 2 private bedrooms if the King bedroom is accessed from the outside entry. Enjoy dining and entertaining outside on the multi-level decks that lead to a the oversized 20 x 45 Heated Salt Water pool. All surrounded by a patio and lush landscaping for assured privacy and total relaxation. The Oversized 20 x 45 Salt water pool can be heated at an additional cost. Even A TESLA/Electric Car exterior charging portal in place. This is an excellent choice for multi generational family gatherings.
This is a quiet neighborhood so we don't do Rowdy party rentals or Proms etc.

Tranquil Pool area, Superior Host

What a lovely experience. The room was just perfect, super comfy bed, clean and with fun decorations. The hostess was so gracious and kind, providing all and then some. I felt very safe and welcome. The pool area was park-like and so tranquil I took a nap on the comfy lounge chair after a swim in the large pool. I highly recommend this place.
