(NO PETS PLEASE) This 2400sq ft house sits on a full acre of land. When not lounging by the pool or challenging friends and family to a game of pool, you are a 5minute drive to the heart of downtown Sag Harbor or 2 minute drive to Long Beach on the Bay. Downtown Sag Harbor is known for its quaint art galleries, wonderful gourmet restaurants and a relaxed vibe not found in other parts of the Hamptons. The pool/guest house provides a fun hangout for teens or a perfect place to unblock your writer's block. Hammocks and swings provide escapes around the properties. During the summer, enjoy a lap in the salt-water pool .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in the Sag Harbor with our adult children and my husband.The pool and pool table were such a high light and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed.Dayle was fantastic with communication and made everything so easy. The home is actually bigger than the pictures! We could not get our 20 year old women out of the pool - they loved it so much! Great communication with Dayle- tons of towels and toiletries. Peaceful yet close to downtown Sag. Would definitely book again!

Incredible 4th of July Stay

Photos do not do it justice - had one of the best weeks of the summer. The property is spotless, comfortable, and cozy. The space is far larger than the photos would indicate, even includes an outdoor heated shower and the pool house is a great escape. This property has so many fabulous features! My friends and I played pool and darts one night, had a night cap on the screened porch another, and conversed over a cup of tea on yet another chillier evening. We swam in the pool each day, and lounged in the sun. And the location was close to downtown, yet away from the hustle and bustle where it was peacefully quiet to get a good night’s sleep. Sag Harbor Oasis

The house was beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, pool, and hammocks as well as the downstairs game room/workout area. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would be accustomed to having at your own home. The location could not be beat - only a quick drive or nice walk to everything in town. On top of all that, Dayle was a terrific host. He was communicative leading up to our check-in and responsive throughout our stay if we had any questions or issues. We’d love to stay again.

I bought this property because I love Sag Harbor and its "vibe". On a clear night, the moon and the stars are so bright that you think that you're in heaven. Teens love to spend nights in the pool shed because it's away from the adults, but not too far away. The place has a welcoming feel.
