Casa Roble is a stunning new build in the gated development of Coco Bay Estates.  This sprawling 6-bedroom home has massive outdoor entertaining areas and terraces, unobstructed ocean views, and sleeping space for 16 people ... a great option for travelers seeking luxury accommodations with resort-style benefits.

You have the entire home to yourself, including the beautiful pool area.
The main entry opens to an open living, dining, and kitchen space, all framed by a wall of windows and sliding doors that open completely to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor living area.  The living area has a comfortable sitting area with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker system.  The interior dining table has seating for eight, plus the exterior dining table seats ten.  The wall of sliding doors opens to allow these two spaces to combine.  The covered terrace also has 2 conversation areas and glass railings to avoid disturbing your view of the lush surroundings.  The kitchen has a large island with additional seating for four and is beautifully equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, microwave and oven wall cabinet, dishwasher, and large fridge.  The kitchen is beautifully equipped with small appliances and dishes, plus a large, open pantry area.  Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-sized, front-load washer and dryer.

The main floor also has a half bathroom and the principal bedroom.  This bedroom has stunning ocean views from the king bed and ensuite bathroom.  The bathroom has a double vanity, large shower stall, and free-standing bathtub overlooking Playas del Coco and the Pacific Ocean.  There is also a large closet and a separate desk for teleworking.

Even the staircase to the lower level is gorgeous!  Downstairs is a comfortable den area and five more bedrooms.  The den sits at the base of the stairs and has a sofabed and Smart TV.  The bedrooms are tucked off a hallway that extends the length of the lower level.  Each bedroom has ocean views, plenty of clothing storage, and a walkout to a private terrace overlooking the lawn.  The first bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower stall.  This room has a separate desk area and also has a walkout to a private patio area at the front of the house, as well as a walkout to the back garden.  The second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.  The third and fourth bedrooms both have queen beds and share a full bathroom situated directly across the hall.  The final bedroom is a kids' haven with two bunk beds, each with a twin bed on top and a queen bed on the bottom, plus a full ensuite bathroom.

From both the main level and the lower level, you have stair access to a giant outdoor entertaining space.  The outdoor kitchen area with beautiful polished concrete counters and a large gas grill.  The infinity-edge pool in surrounded by a huge pool deck with several lounge areas - comfortable pool loungers, lounge chairs, a dining table for 4, and umbrellas for shade.  There's also a pool-side washroom with a shower.

Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.  Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco.  Guests can access the development's Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi.  Guests also have access to the Ocotal Beach Club, in Playa Ocotal.  

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Getting to the home is easy by car or private transfer. We can book you a rental car or you can use golf carts to get around during your stay. We do not recommend renting this property without transportation from the house to the town and beach. We don't have Uber here and taxis can be difficult to coordinate. There is plenty of parking at the home, with space for 2 vehicles in front of the garage and 2 more vehicles on a separate, private parking pad.
