Newly remodeled condo as of 2023! With elegant touches throughout, Sunset Captiva Bayside 103 is a two bedroom, two bath condo that has direct waterfront views of Pine Island Sound. This spacious 1500 sq. ft. first floor unit is nicely decorated with smart TV, free WIFI and cable. The living area also provides additional sleeping with a queen sleep sofa. The open floor plan includes a dining area and fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances as well as a washer and dryer inside the unit. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, as the guest bedroom features one queen and one double bed.
