Our host was so helpful and attentive to all our questions and needs. The house is so comfortable, well equipped and beautiful. The back yard is spectacular with many activities including a hot tub, pool putting green and plenty of comfy seating. But the hit with out family was the pool table which was a hit with the family.Great vacation home!

Everything was amazing. The house was perfect. If I had any questions, I asked the host and he responded so quickly it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this house and host. We had a terrific time. Might be doing it again next year.

We had a very comfortable stay and found this home to be a great value. While my wife prefers fancier places, we were looking for something practical, casual, and comfortable — and this delivered.We stayed five nights during the winter, so we didn’t use the pool since it isn’t heated, but it seems like a great place for families in the summer. Having five full bathrooms was a big plus.We had a couple of quiet family dinners, and had no issues at all. We’re proud to leave places better than we find them, so we made a few small repairs to the pool table and tightened some cabinet doors. The host was very kind, responsive, and easygoing.We wouldn’t take off any points — for what we were looking for, this was a solid 10 out of 10.

The property house was exceptionally nice and clean. Mathew, the owner, was very responsive and helpful throughout both check-in and check-out. He kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out due to our flight departure. Check-in was seamless. The property was well-appointed with clean towels, clean bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and everything else one might require. Our adult children enjoyed the pool table and various table games that Mathew provided. Due to the inclement weather, we only had the opportunity to use the pool a few times.The backyard and pool area were beautifully maintained. We will definitely be reserving this property for next year.

Great place in a great location

The owner was great in terms of communication and the place is exactly as advertised. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Inside spaces including bedrooms and baths were well apportioned and everything was tidy.

Great Experience

The house was very clean and accommodating for my family. It was kid friendly and pet friendly (small dog). The host communicated quickly and gave clear instructions. It was so easy to check in. I would recommend a stay here for a group of 10 or less. The house matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly .

Good space and easy for entertaining. Matthew replied to messages quickly and addressed any concerns. He allowed us to have a late check out and accommodated parking a camper outside for one night. When we arrived the two AC units were set at 85 and 87 which was very hot. It took several hours to cool down but eventually did. The AC worked very well, but I think guests should arrive with the temp. set between 75-78. The kitchen has some utensils and pans that were rusted so we didn't use them, others were fine. In one bedroom on the lower level, water came in through the vent in the bathroom during a rainstorm. This was our last night, so we did not mention it. We also found the smoke detectors through out were not all installed, rather were just sitting on a furniture. Cleaning service could definitely do a better job. Under the couches and outside were dirty. With a new cleaning service and a thorough inspection of everything, the house does offer a wonderful space.
