About the host
Hosted by Jeff & Kina
My name is Kina Wald and owning a home like this has been a goal of mine for a long time. I'm a realtor here in TN so I am always looking at homes and choosing things that I would like in a getaway. This place has it all! My husband, Jeff Wald, is an agent for Shelter Insurance as well as a professional level drummer. While he doesn't do the tours he is friends with the musicians that do and gets to jam with them frequently in Nashville.
Why they chose this property
We wanted a place that's peaceful, great views, rustic and that we could get to in less than two hours. I had searched for and looked at many different places. From day one of seeing this property, I knew this was going to be our home!
What makes this property unique
If you're looking to get away from everything and recharge your batteries, this is the place for you. It's extremely quiet, especially at night. Sitting on the wrap around porch in the morning with a good cup of coffee, watching the sunrise... it's so peaceful! And if you want to fish, kayak, hike... its all right there. The few neighbors are all full time residents, so it's a very safe place.
