Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please rinse dishes and leave them in sink. We'll wash and put them away. No garbage disposal so please make sure food goes in trash.
Please check to make sure gas lines are off to grill, outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace if used.
If you have time to bring the outdoor cushions inside we'd appreciate it. If not, no worries. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Checkout: Please put indoor trash in outdoor trash bins. Please strip sheets on beds used. Please rinse dishes and leave in sink. We'll wash them.
Checkout Cont: There is no garbage disposal - so please expose of food in trash. Make sure gas line for firepit, fireplace, and grill is turned off.
Checkout Cont: Please bring outdoor cushions inside if you have time. To Lockup press "Yale" on keypad.
