This light and airy space with all the modern conveniences is just a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, convention center, and so much more. Located near a beach that I dream about often! I'm so happy to share this place with others.

It has a cozy kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee, full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. The basic cooking necessities, e.g., oil, pepper, spices, condiments are also included.

The property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home.

Downstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a 65" television. The kitchen has a pass through beside the dining area, and a powder room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided free of charge). An iron and ironing board are also available.

Head upstairs and you'll find two bedrooms. The front bedroom features a queen bed with attached small balcony. The back bedroom also has a queen bed. Just outside these bedrooms is a common bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Head to the private backyard where you'll find a great area for relaxing and dining in the open air patio. And what's a backyard without a gas BBQ. You'll also find a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs where you can roast hot dogs and marshmallows.

Enjoy a day at the beach with the provided bikes, chairs, toys, umbrella, beach towels and wagon.

We have an outdoor shower on the back of the house so upon your return from the beach you'll be able to rinse off the sand and feel more comfortable before entering the house for a relaxing evening.

There are many great restaurants and bars close by, the area has a free Beach Buggy transport service to take you to the local it downtown bars and restaurants. You can download the app and order a free ride.

Disclosure: There is one recording camera facing the driveway.

Overall, this is a great property in an excellent location. We have family in Jacksonville we visit about once per year. This is the first time we used a VRBO rental in Jax since we were staying for 2 weeks. After this trip I only want to stay in the Jax Beach area because it has everything close by and this property is very well located to enjoy it all. Minor issues were that the A/C system went out, but that was fixed within 24 hours and the host had a portable a/c on site so we didn't suffer much. Also, we had our 2 dogs with us and there was a constant stream of cats visiting the yard, so that added some stress to the trip. Overall the house is great with only a few maintenance items noted. I would recommend this house for other travelers and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the beach and shopping area. Very easy to find. Clean home equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Fenced in back area for pets. I would not suggest leaving out pet food for more than 15 minutes due to ants. I lived in Jacksonville for many years and can tell you that ants are pretty much everywhere you go. I did notice there were ant baits provided in the home to help with this which was nice.

Great location!

Nice place in good location near the beach and restaurants. Place was clean and backyard was great for the dog. It could use a little TLC for some things, but overall, it was comfortable and we will stay there again.

This townhome was great, nicely renovated and lovely coastal decor. Loved the living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and a nice big screen tv in the living room. Great location for us! Our son, his wife and their son live less than a mile away, we were there to baby sit our grandson for the week. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property! Such a cute, comfortable and cozy home that was extremely welcoming, clean, and in a perfect location. Our family loved the well-stocked kitchen and the clean and comfy beds. The property manager was kind, helpful, and quickly helped with anything we needed. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Lovely place!

This property is lovey! We stayed three nights for a little Spring break getaway! The house is super close to the beach and so many stores and restaurants! The back yard was amazing, it had corn hole and giant connect four; great space to relax! The manager/host was very friendly and Professional and Treated us beautifully! Highly recommend this lovely property when visiting Jacksonville!! We will return again!

Cozy duplex 10min to beach

The duplex was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The outside shower was amazing and the kids enjoyed having s’mores by the fire pit! The AC worked well (but was very loud in the first bedroom!). Overall a great stay!

Jax Beach Visit

Cleanliness and communication with the Host were very good. We appreciated having a fenced backyard, since we traveled with a dog. Unit is close to the beach and other Jax Beach fun. Due to the weather we could not use the fire pit or outside shower as we would have liked to. Both very cool amenities. Nice place.

Great stay! Wonderful VRBO that is fully equipped with anything you may need, even a sewing kit! Easy drive, bike ride to the beach near food. Clean and beautifully decorated. Super cute backyard, the laundry room is even super cute!! Only thing missing was a towel rack or something to hang beach towels and bathing suits on to dry overnight outside. Other than that it was perfect and probably our best stay at a VRBO.

Small and Cute Townhouse

This small, cute, townhouse was great for a small family or for a couple. The property owners/manager needs to do a better job of yard maintenance and cleaning-up junk in the yard. Also, there is a colony of feral cats that live next door, so if you have a dog, there could be issues.

I have stayed in many rentals and this one was very disappointing. Especially since they require a non-refundable insurance fee or a 3000 deposit. The place was not very clean, as though it hadn't bee clean in a while. Towels were covered with liquid hand soap from the bottles in the closet. There were no hand towels at all in the house. The beds were very uncomfortable, with cheap flat pillows. The tub was clogged and held standing water up to our ankles when showering. There were dishes still washing in the dishwasher when we arrived which was after check-in time. The kitchen was not well stocked for a vacation rental. What was most disappointing was that I had messaged the host prior about having propane there which I was assured there was. 3 of the 4 tanks were empty. We had planned to grill steaks on night 1 and had to transfer tanks which meant not having a fire. I messaged the host regarding this with no response. I also messaged the in town contact, Jacky, who asked for a picture and then never responded. If anything I feel they should not charge the insurance fee and I should get that refunded for the inconveniences.

Two night weekend at the beach.

Brought both of our two year old Doberman dags to the beach for the weekend. Jax beach was a short 10 to 15 minute walk with the dogs in the evening. Then mext day we drove up to Amelia island and beached all day. The house was close enoigh to the beach but depending on daily traffic, crossing the main A1a street may be struggle with cross walks few and far between. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the hoise was perfect. Would have been big enough if wed have brought 4 more people. The oitdoor area and backyard was perfect to hang out and let the dogs run and explore the plants.

Great place and close to the beach.

My sister, Golden Retriever and I enjoyed a wonderful time at this property during the off season. We were just a few blocks from the beach and loved the fact that the property had bikes. A super plus for anyone staying during peak season since there is not a lot of beach access parking. There is also a nice wagon if you need to walk and bring beach stuff with you. We rode the bikes and watched two sun rises and rode to Jimmy John's for lunch. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped enough that we made breakfast and dinner quite a few times. Everything is close by that you need for shopping. The backyard was great to relax at in the evenings. I VRBO alot and we will definitely enjoy this place again.

Great location, convenient to the Mayo Clinic and the beach. Nice backyard with a fire pit. Easy check-in with keyless entry. Loved the decoration but somethings are worn and not as nice in person as the pictures. Beds were decent but pillows are not comfortable and neither is the couch. The kitchen had all the essentials. There was plenty of extra paper products and trash bags but only one towel was left in the linen closet for 2 people staying 5 days. We ended up getting a few cheap ones from Target to be able to shower. Overall a good stay.

We're Angela and Mike, from Seal Beach. My family visited Jax beach one time and knew we would want our second home to be there. Hopefully one day we can move permanently to Jax beach after our children get into college. While we live in California, we prefer the beaches at Jax Beach and fell in love with the people and the area. We are like-minded Floridians and feel we belong. We hope you love our house as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

When we heard this house on the market, we knew this was the right house for us. It suited my taste and personality and love how close it to the beach and the back yard sealed the deal. We really enjoyed spending time remodeling this property with my family getting this gem ready for your visit.
