Pet Friendly - pets less than 50 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet - $100 each. (Max 2 pets) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



All TV's are Smart TV's - with numerous free viewing options - but don't forget your login info for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon or YouTube TV! Gigabit Wifi Speed!

**Parties / Gatherings over max occupancy of 5 guests are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. There is an exterior camera monitoring the backyard to ensure the safety of our beach gear. The inside fireplace is not available for use.



Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.



It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence in violation of section 775.215, Florida Statues precluding such residency within 1,000 feet of any school, child care facility, park, or playground.
