About this property

Walkable to Gameday and Five Points

Five Points cottage. 8 minute walk to over 15 restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and more. This cottage is tucked away from the busyness of Athens but close enough to be immersed into everything our little town has to offer: .5 mile from Foley field, .8 mile from Stegeman and 1.2 miles to the hedges themselves, Sanford Stadium!

Our 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house provides plenty of room to spend a weekend with friends and family while also having your own space. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, a pre-game burger on the grill or post-game fire with friends. Complete with modern appliances, large screen TV’s, clean and comfortable furniture and decor. Our home has hosted some of our favorite memories with friends and families and we hope it can do the same for you and yours.

Our home provides plenty of off-street parking. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available if driving or walking isn’t appealing.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great stay at this house for a Georgia Bulldog football weekend. It was a perfect location - easy walk to the stadium with lots of fun restaurants and bars nearby. The house was super comfortable and great for our group to relax together.

Our favorite place to stay in Athens.

With a child attending the University of Georgia, and being out of state, we have stayed in many places in Athens, Georgia. This property is amazing and is our new favorite place! We would definitely stay here again!

Football Weekend

Had a wonderful time with friends in Athens for the Tennessee game! This house has plenty of space for 4 couples and was within walking distance of campus and great restaurants. Will definitely be back next year.

First UGA game weekend

Athens GEM!

We had to attend a parent's weekend for our daughter at UGA and together with 2 other couples, found this amazing new property in Five Points. The home was immaculate with everything you could possibly need for a fun, safe and comfortable stay! My wife loved the beds and bed linens too. This house is very spacious and roomy for a few families or groups of friends. The neighborhood is awesome and super convenient with many things being just a short walk away. Sydney was the perfect host and answered any and all our questions nearly instantaneously. This house made our stay an even more fantastic way to enjoy all Athens has to offer than we could have imagined.
